Wonderweight TM is especially designed for Rotary Motion Training of the arm and shoulder. This type of low RPM, 200-300 revolutions per minute exercsie is achieved in the following manner:
The user places individual weights on the outside opposing machined surfaces, in tandem, on both wheels of the dumbbell size device. The weight placement, in an off center position gives each of the two connected wheels momentum and inertia. When the central handle is moved in a rotary motion, like stirring a pot, the attached wheels and weights spin or rotate around the common axle.
The effect of this type of rotary motion can also be observed when a washing machine is spinning off-balance. As a washing machine spins with too heavy a load on one side of the drum, the machine will move sideways. This force and action is caused by the rotating imbalance. This imbalance and resulting force is exerted outward and the sideways direction must be compensated for. This is exactly how the muscles in the arm act, as a resistance to the spinning wheels of Wonderweight. It is this eccentric rotary motion that the body compensates for by engaging the skeletal system, working more muscle groups as RPMs increase.

It is exactly this action, which requires the coordination of the arm and shoulder muscles that may in fact improve the quality of neurological interaction and enhance brain function. Some users have reported improved coordination. Unlike using a dead weight, the spinning motion demands a constant resistance and the user must compensate for it continually. This motion causes the numerous muscle groups from the wrists through the arm and into the shoulder to work together in harmony with each other, including the Rotator Cuff Muscles

The Wonderweight TM in our opinion exceeds all other devices currently on the market today in its ability to rapidly train the body and correct injuries or other deficits.

The projection and goal of this device is to greatly reduce the recovery time of Rotator Cuff injuries and other surgeries. The recovery time is quickened by the muscle groups working together and may actually prevent injury in the long term as these muscles are exercised and strengthened.
Presently there are 3 styles of Wonderweight prototypes that we have tested on various injuries and found very positive results.

Unlike other devices which do not give adequate response, it is immediately apparent when this device is operating properly. It is spinning. Though it sounds simple, many individuals report it takes several tries to get it going. It has no motor or other input except for that of the user, who by making rotary hand motions keeps the wheels of the device spinning. When they stop, it stops. It cannot be faked or appear to work if its not being used properly.
